We are a West Midlands based building services company established for 40 years, providing Electrical, Mechanical, Air Conditioning, and Gas Services across the Midlands. We work closely with the NHS providing our services across the Midlands and further afield.
We are currently seeking an experienced Contracts / Project Manager to work across our contracts in the West Midlands. These range from MOD, NHS, and Commercial council buildings. The works are varied depending on the applicant's qualifications and experience, but this will involve working on our project and installation team for Electrical, Plumbing, Fabrication, and Ventilation.
Role Responsibilities
1. The day-to-day running of all projects
2. Securing ongoing installation contracts as well as any extra service and maintenance
3. Working with projects ranging from small fit-outs and room changes of use in healthcare to plant installs and larger change of use alterations
4. Estimation and providing quotes
5. Attending site meetings when required
6. Completing site visits
7. Completing final measuring up
8. Liaising with employees and sub-contractors
9. Working on the tools when/as required
10. Overseeing each install
11. Liaising with all other members of staff within the office
12. Dealing with suppliers and contractors
