Job Title : MSK Outpatient Physiotherapist - Barts NHS Trust Banding : 6 Location : London Start: ASAP Duration : 3 months Rate : £ 24 - £ 27 Working hours: Monday – Friday We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced MSK outpatient physiotherapist to join our secondary care service at Barts NHS Trust. This role is based in London and involves working with patients referred by orthopaedic and rheumatology consultants. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality physiotherapy services, ensuring effective rehabilitation and recovery for our patients. What will your responsibilities be : As a Band 6 MSK Outpatient Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing physiotherapy treatment programs for patients within the outpatient setting. Your duties will include conducting one-to-one assessments and managing patients with a range of conditions from chronic to acute trauma. You will also lead rehab and exercise classes, applying rehab principles in a group setting. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care and will be expected to maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Knowledge and experience with orthopaedic and rheumatology patient populations are essential. Qualifications and Experiences: Degree in Physiotherapy HCPC registration Previous experience working as a Band 6 Physiotherapist or equivalent MSK experience in an outpatient setting, ideally with an orthopaedic background Strong assessment and clinical reasoning skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Commitment to continuous professional development Why work with Pulse?
