Work within a multi-professional team, supporting patients at end of life with complex and specialist palliative care support needs, recognising own limitations and seeking support from senior members of the specialist palliative care team. 2. Work in partnership with GPs and consultants to ensure the provision of seamless specialist palliative care.Planning and Organisational Skills1. Prioritize own workload on a day to day basis.2. To contribute to nurse led assessment of new and follow up patients where appropriate to do so. Physical Skills 1. To have basic Keyboard skills to navigate Y drives, write reports, record activity. 2. To demonstrate highly developed dexterity, co-ordination and palpatory skills in clinical assessments and manual treatment. 3. To be able to administer injections, set up syringe drivers as required. 4.
