We are recruiting for a EBME Administrator who share our vision to be trusted to provide consistently outstanding care and exemplary service to our patients.
To provide general administrative support to EBME Team including data management, coordination, and customer service
You will have experience using computerized equipment management database system with an ability to gather and analyse data and make judgements.
You will possess good written and verbal communication skills with excellent customer relations and interpersonal skill, willingness to develop own skills and abilities and to attend training courses.
With an ability to adapt to continuously improving systems of working, able to work effectively under pressure.

To provide general administrative support in the workshop including phone calls, e-mails, and correspondence.
Help manage inventory levels of spare parts and supplies, ensuring timely ordering and stock control.
Flagging renewals of maintenance contract
Assist in coordinating maintenance and repair schedules liaising with external contractors and internal equipment users.
Dispatching and receiving of goods in the workshop
Covering library assistant in their absence
Support adherence to health and safety regulations and NHS Guidelines within the workshop environment.
Support in Periodic quality audits for stock.
