Responsibilities:
1. Leading assurance and control reviews of all processes across Insurer Services, including supplier elements.
2. Providing full and clear visibility of all controls and assurance activities across all processes.
3. Ensuring all necessary controls are in place and effective, and driving control enhancements via implementation of further preventative controls using systems, tools and processes to optimal effectiveness and efficiency.
4. Ensuring the right level of assurance is in place across all processes in the most effective way, with visibility and tracking of all assurance activities and subsequent review actions.
5. Leading the Insurer Services input and coordination for any regulatory and cross functional initiatives or activities and leading/coordinating deep dive reviews and assurance activities for specific regulatory, conduct and performance outcomes, driving and tracking identified actions through to successful delivery.
6. Creating and maintaining regular reporting for Insurer Services assurance and controls.
Skills we would love you to have:
1. A strong understanding of assurance and control requirements.
2. Experience within insurance (claims experience is a bonus).
3. Strong communicator and influencer with the confidence to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
