The Role We seek a commercially savvy and results-driven Partnership Development Manager to accelerate VoucherCart’s growth through strategic technology partnerships and integrations. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, customer acquisition, and market expansion by building and managing relationships with technology partners and resellers ensuring the seamless delivery of integration solutions that provide tangible value to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong growth mindset, experience in identifying and nurturing high-value partnerships, and the ability to deliver measurable business outcomes. What You’ll Do Identify and Develop Partnerships and Resellers: Research and identify potential partners and resellers that align with our strategic goals. Develop and execute outreach strategies to establish and nurture these relationships. Maintain and Strengthen Relationships: Act as the primary point of contact for partners and resellers, ensuring their needs are met and opportunities for deeper collaboration are explored. Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing, sales, product, and other relevant teams to ensure partnership activities are aligned with company objectives and integrated into overall business strategies Negotiate Agreements: Lead negotiations for partnership agreements, ensuring terms are favourable and in line with company policies and goals. Track and Report on Performance: Develop metrics and KPIs to measure the success of partnerships and resellers. Regularly report on partnership and reseller performance to senior management and stakeholders. GTM Strategy Execution: Develop and implement GTM strategies to drive adoption and awareness of integrations, focusing on positioning, messaging, demand generation, and competitive differentiation across social media, blogs, outbound email campaigns, and press releases. Stay Informed on Industry Trends: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead in the market. Continually improve integrations : Monitor product performance and gather customer feedback to drive continuous improvement. Be a VoucherCart champion : Be a product advocate and speak with customers, partners, and the wider industry at events and conferences. Co-Marketing Activities - Create effective co-marketing campaigns that generate leads and revenue for both VoucherCart and partners. Lead Joint Promotional Campaigns - Lead joint promotional campaigns like Launch Marketing (Joint Press Release, Partner Blog Posts, or Webinars) Your Skills Strategic Partnership and Reseller Development: Ability to research, identify, and establish high-value technology partnerships and resellers aligned with business goals. Technical Understanding: Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and SaaS ecosystems to effectively communicate value propositions to technology partners. Industry Awareness: Strong understanding of market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies within the hospitality, retail, and eCommerce sectors. Communication & Presentation Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Entrepreneurial Mindset: You will possess a keen eye for commercial and strategic opportunities to achieve win-win outcomes with Partners and Resellers and be adept at articulating these opportunities. Problem-Solving & Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, think creatively, and adapt to evolving business needs. Go-to-Market (GTM) Execution: Experience in developing and executing GTM strategies to drive adoption and awareness of integrations. Negotiation & Deal-Making: Strong commercial acumen with experience in negotiating contracts and partnership agreements. Qualifications & Experience Proven track record of identifying, negotiating, and managing strategic partnerships that drive revenue growth. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 3 years of experience in partnership development, business development, or a similar role within a SaaS or technology-driven company.
