OUR IDEAL HERO WILL HAVE -
•Experience in a 4* or 5* Food and Beverage environment
•Basic food and wine knowledge
•A genuine interest in the industry
•Flexibility to work long hours due to the needs of the business
•Excellent personal grooming standards
•5 x GCSEs including English and Maths

•Manage restaurant bookings, coordinate private functions, and assist with event planning
•Provide first-class information on our food and drinks package

•Ensure that our guests want to come back for more
•Prepare bills, handle phone calls, and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.
•Work closely with colleagues to deliver seamless service and exceed guest expectations
