7.5T Driver Required
Currently seeking a 7.5t driver to fill a position in Long Eaton. The successful candidate will possess a current and valid 7.5t Licence with CPC and DIGI card and must have driving experience.
The position is for a client who delivers specialised cookers. The position is temporary to start with but depending on performance could be offered a permanent position. Must be ok lifting and delivering heavy loads. The role consists of going out with an installer to help deliver and assist the installation of cookers, will be required to do 1 night out per week, roughly 6 drops and will be 6am starts.
* £13ph hour
* 06:00 starts
* On-going, Temporary to Permanent after 12 weeks
Responsibilities of the 7.5t Driver:
* Follow all required safety policies and procedures.
* Multidrop
* Hand balling of cookers
* Customer facing
* Ensuring goods are safely secured
* Completing vehicle defect and maintaining logs
* Completing delivery paperwork
Requirements of the 7.5T driver:
* A valid full category7.5 tonne/C1 licence
* Must have a current LGV C1 CPC and Digi card
* Demonstrate excellent communication skills
* Work well with others as part of a team
* Have good customer service skills and an eye for detail
* No more than 6 points on your licence
