In order to effectively facilitate the supply chain operations in UK market, Midea UK, part of Midea Group, a Fortune Global 500 company are seeking a Logistics Administrator to coordinate with excellent practise and processes to achieve the effective distribution.
Position: Logistics Support Administrator (Internship)
Direct Report: Senior Supply Chain Manager
Responsibilities include:
* Establish and maintain maximum and minimum inventory levels
* Coordinate with in-house sales team to promote accurate and timely processing of orders for customers
* Promptly raise invoices/sales credits
* Provide assistance for maintaining logistics planning tasks
* Scan/upload orders and track shipments across multiple channels
* Check/Approve supplier invoices associated with deliveries, pick-ups and storage
* Administer and maintain inventory control systems
* Support with maintenance of logistics policies, procedures, support plans and similar data.
Requirements for the role:
* Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Business (preferred)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Advanced Excel skills desirable)
* Strong analytical skills & attention to detail
* Great interpersonal skills
* Excellent communication and time management skills
* Well-developed motivational and team work skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
