About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Technical Author to provide technical and administrative support to our Engineering, Bids and Operations teams.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality technical documentation, including user guides, installation manuals, and technical notes. They will work closely with engineers, bid managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and meets the needs of our customers.
The role requires strong writing and communication skills, as well as the ability to understand complex technical concepts and present them in a clear and concise manner.
Key Responsibilities:
* Creating and maintaining high-quality technical documentation
* Working with engineers and other stakeholders to develop and review documentation
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of technical information
* Providing training and support to colleagues on new technologies and processes
Requirements:
* Strong writing and communication skills
* Ability to understand complex technical concepts
* Experience of working in a similar role or industry
* Good organizational and time management skills
