Job Description
The project manager reports into the Operations Manager and alongside the engineering teams. This role supports the running of the Bournemouth projects division.
Key Responsibilities
* Create and maintain project schedules, trackers with support from engineering team
* Budget review/management, inputting to snr management
* Internal and external highlight reports
* Dependency and risk management
* Customer liaison involving travel to customer sites
* Compiling of internal quality documents
Essential Skills
* Degree or equivalent in Engineering or similar, or demonstrable relevant experience in lieu thereof
* Project management qualification, i.e Prince2.
* Good knowledge of MS packages – MSP, Word, Excel.
* Efficiency whilst maintaining a strong attention to detail.
* Process-driven individual.
* Experience in dealing with customers.
Advantageous Skills
* Aerospace or Defence background
* Experience / knowledge of Part 21 J organisation
Candidates must have a full UK driving licence for visits to customer sites
