This is an exciting opportunity to provide project support to a now well-established, but still developing service, covering the South Yorkshire and North Lincolnshire footprint. The purpose of the service is to support individual staff, teams and organisations who work with adult victims of non-recent sexual abuse and exploitation. It is a small friendly team with an ambitious vision and reach.
To provide programme and project management support to the Clinical Service Lead of the Trauma and Resilience Services: Regional Pathfinders and Trust Post Incident Response. To support members of the TRS team in their delivery of a consultation, teaching and pathway support across South Yorkshire and North Lincolnshire.
Main duties of the job
1. Provide project support on key work streams to include progress monitoring, evaluation projects and preparation of project paperwork.
2. Undertake data analysis and production of reports / project plan, and stakeholder communications as required.
3. Undertake research and literature reviews and produce summary reports.
4. Manage the co-ordination and delivery of data and information linked to routine reporting cycles for the provision of service improvement reports, and updates internally and externally to key stakeholders and relevant groups such as voluntary, local authority and other health service partners.

Person Specification
Qualifications
* Education to Diploma level and/or ability to demonstrate equivalent experience.
* A Band 4 opportunity will be considered for candidates who wish to pursue a development apprenticeship and who do not currently meet the essential criteria for the Band 5 post.
* 5 GCSE's including English or equivalent standard of education with the emphasis on numeracy and literacy.
