We are currently looking for a passionate Stock Controller to join our dynamic Aseptic Services team, the heart of our operations, manufacturing life-saving cancer chemotherapy drugs.

As a Stock Controller, your responsibilities will include:
* Monitoring and maintaining accurate inventory levels in the warehouse, ensuring adequate stock is available to meet customer demand and prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
* Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of all stock movements, including receipts, deliveries, returns, adjustments, and transfers, ensuring the inventory management system is up-to-date and accurate at all times.
* Stock Reconciliation: Conducting regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies, reporting any variances, investigating and resolving them.
* Stock Rotation: Ensuring proper stock rotation practices are followed, including FEFO (First-Expiry, First-Out), to minimise product wastage.
* Order Management: Coordinating with the Supply Chain Manager and other departments to process supplier orders and arrange for timely deliveries.
* Reporting: Generating regular inventory reports for the Supply Chain Manager, highlighting any trends or issues that may require attention or action.
* To proactively support the business operations by helping in other departments which may be busier than your own at a particular time.
What we are looking for:
* Experience of operating in a similar role is essential.
* Demonstrable experience of working autonomously and making decisions.
* CMI Level 3 qualified (or equivalent) is highly desirable although not essential depending on experience.
* A recognized management qualification is desirable although not essential depending on experience.
* Strong, up-to-date knowledge of cGMP.
* Confident dealing with managers and employees at all levels.
* Experience working in pharmaceutical/healthcare/life science industry advantageous.
* English and Mathematics GCSE grades A-C (or equivalent).
* Highly computer literate; experience operating with all Microsoft Office software.
