Administrative Assistant Venn Group are currently partnered with a large healthcare organisation in the Lancashire area who require a full-time Administrative Assistant. Managing 3 inboxes, 2 low traffic (FOI & Legal Claims) and 1 medium traffic (Corporate Calendar), ensuring requests and emails are acknowledged and processed in a professional manner Formatting and checking documents on behalf of Directors and Corporate staff, ahead of them being sent to both internal and external parties Collating documents and packs prior to executive level meetings Receiving both electronic HR files and physical HR paperwork to be uploaded onto the internal HR system Attending informal meetings with between 4-8 attendees to take notes/informal minutes, writing up after and circulating to relevant parties Processing and uploading received purchase orders Booking meeting rooms in the office on behalf of Directors and wider staff Sorting any post received by the corporate office and distributing accordingly To apply for this role or to find out about other Corporate Service roles, please contact Beth Jackson-Jones or Heather Jackson on or .
