Key Responsibilities:
* Answer incoming calls, respond to customer enquiries, and provide helpful support
* Manage paperwork, including filing, photocopying, and creating correspondence
* Process purchase and sales orders
* Handle invoices, record financial information, and assist with basic financial record-keeping
* Maintain records related to managed repair services, keeping track of repairs and their status
* Assist with the logistics of meetings and events, including setting up meeting rooms, arranging catering, and booking equipment
* Organise, sort, and manage boxes, ensuring they are readily available
* Contribute to the smooth running of the office by undertaking other reasonable tasks as required
