About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Social Worker to join our Cared for Team. Our core values are Child-Centered, Respectful, Creative, and Transparent. These values guide everything we do at Together for Children.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct assessments for Children in Need, Children in Need of Protection, and Cared for Children.
2. Work directly with children and young people to achieve positive outcomes.
3. Adhere to established policies and procedures of Together for Children and Sunderland.
Requirements:
1. Successful completion of the Assessed and Supported Year in Employment (ASYE).
