Join our three-year Digital Cyber Security Graduate Programme and explore how we safeguard our digital and operational assets from cybersecurity risks.
What You’ll Be Doing
As part of our Cyber Security team, you’ll help make sure we operate securely, protecting our networks of digital and operational technology that keep our roads safe and reliable - from office PCs to control room architecture and roadside signage.
You’ll also have opportunities to participate in exciting projects that educate our people to become more security conscious, raising awareness of cybersecurity risks around the organization and how to safeguard against them.
You can choose any National Highways office location as your base throughout the programme, with the flexibility to travel to other sites as needed. By the end of the programme, you’ll have the opportunity to continue your journey with us as we enhance services and keep our people safe.

* You’ll also need to meet these essential entry requirements:
* An undergraduate (e.g. BA, BSc) degree at 2:2 or above in an IT, Digital, Business or Engineering subject (including sciences)
To be eligible for a place on the programme, you must be available to attend the 4-day induction, 8th -11th September
All offers for our graduate programmes are subject to satisfactory completion of pre-employment checks, including Right to Work, reference, and DBS criminal record checks.
Due to the salary level of this role, we cannot offer sponsorship for the position for individuals that don't have the Right to Work in the UK. Successful candidates will require Right to Work for the duration of the programme.
