Marketing Manager - Campaigns

This is a brilliant role in a company with a great culture for an experienced Marketing Manager or Agency Account Director to lead the campaign strategy and delivery for this online retail business.
In this position you'll be responsible for leading a sizeable team, generating a series of product led and seasonally led campaigns to a range of audiences. You'll be responsible for leading on tone of voice and brand. The campaigns are integrated including digital and physical. A fundamental part of this role will be your engagement with internal stakeholders including buying and sales teams, and external brands who you will be working closely with.
Key experience for this role includes:
1. integrated marketing management across traditional and digital platforms
2. b2b and b2c marketing
3. campaign management
4. creativity to spot trends or seasonal opportunities
5. project management - managing multiple campaigns concurrently
6. production of physical marketing materials using internal creative support
7. campaign analysis and reporting
8. budgeting
9. developing marketing presentations
10. team management - able to develop junior team members providing support and training
Fundamentally this is a really great all round Marketing Manager position in a business with a great culture. As this role is heavily hands on from a management perspective you will usually be expected to be in the office 5 days a week.
