We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Audit & Compliance Manager to oversee all aspects of fire and security compliance. This role is crucial in ensuring our operations meet industry regulations, standards, and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Audit Management: Take full ownership of internal and external audits, ensuring compliance across all areas.
2. Audit Planning: Develop and maintain a structured audit calendar to track and manage all compliance activities.
3. Regulatory Compliance: Identify and address any non-compliance issues, implementing corrective measures where necessary.
4. Industry Updates: Stay informed on changes in fire and security regulations and ensure company policies align with current standards.
5. Risk Assessments: Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and improve safety measures.
6. Process Improvement: Continually evaluate and enhance compliance processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
7. Training & Development: Deliver training sessions to staff, ensuring a strong understanding of compliance requirements and industry best practices.
