OPC Assessment is a dynamic team of Occupational Psychologists and Consultants specialising in psychometric assessment and talent management. With a strong emphasis on the rail industry, both in the UK and internationally, we work on a wide range of projects that drive meaningful insights and impact. Our team is focused on developing innovative psychometric tools and providing cutting-edge training, including TUO-A qualifications.
We are looking for a driven Business Psychologist to join our team and contribute to OPC Assessment's growth, both in the UK and globally. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about psychological assessment, client relationships, and the development of psychometric tools.
Key Responsibilities
As a Business Psychologist at OPC Assessment, you will:
· Client Engagement: Build and nurture strong relationships with both new and existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
· Project Management: Oversee client orders and manage the coordination of marketing and business development activities.
· Training Delivery: Deliver TUO-A training to clients, ensuring they can make the most out of our psychometric tools.
· Tool Development: Collaborate with the team to research and develop innovative psychometric assessments that meet the needs of our diverse clients.
· Product Growth: Actively contribute to the expansion of our product portfolio by offering creative ideas and insights.
Person specification:
Qualifications
· Essential: A degree in Psychology and a Master’s in Occupational Psychology
· Desirable: BPS Qualification in Test User Occupational: Ability and is registered on the BPS Register of Qualifications in Test Use (RQTU)
Experience
· Relevant experience in business psychology or a related field.
Skills
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
· A passion for the application of psychology in business settings.
· A collaborative approach to work and an innovative mindset for developing new psychometric tools.
· Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
· Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
Working Hours and Location
· Full-time, permanent role.
· Monday to Friday (09:00 to 17:30)
· In-person work location.

Stage 3: If you meet the requirement of the above, you will be invited to an assessment day
Stage 4: If successful at the assessment day you will be invited for a final interview
