Job Title: Process / Machine Operator
Salary £13.43 per hour circa £29,335 per year
Contract: Temp to Perm after a successful first 8 weeks

Job Description: Are you looking for long term opportunity and genuine progression within company? We are looking for a Process / Machine Operator to join our team within a busy manufacturing facility specializing in plastic mixing. The ideal candidate will have an FLT licence or be willing to undergo training.
Skills and experience:
* Previous experience in manufacturing environment (preferred but not essential)
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Willingness to learn and develop new skills
* Basic knowledge of machinery and tools used in production (training will be provided)
* FLT/RTITB Licence or willingness to learn
* A good level of English
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operating mixing machinery
2. Ensuring smooth running of production lines
3. Loading and unloading materials using a forklift truck (training provided if required)
4. Manual Handling (bags up to 25 kilograms)
5. Performing quality checks and reporting any issues
6. Following health and safety procedures at all times
