Responsibilities
As a Trainee Agriculture Graduate, you will work as part of a dedicated, driven and supportive team. Some of your responsibilities will include:
1. Assist with the agriculture accounts
2. Collect and analyse data from suppliers and sites to support customer asks
3. Build relationships with external companies to support agri projects
4. Support in managing suppliers who are on various projects (collect KPI's, farm visits)
5. Support Welsh YFC/Dunbia Agri initiatives.
6. Attend shows/events/meetings across the UK
7. Work with the wider Agri team on developing and delivering agri projects supporting our Plan Four Zero
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have or demonstrate:
1. Degree in agriculture or related degree;
2. Strong financial understanding and business acumen;
3. Excellent communication skills;
4. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office;
5. Excellent time management;
6. Understanding of team dynamics, demonstrating the ability to work as an active and constructive member of a team with a professional enthusiastic attitude;
7. Excellent attention to detail;
8. The successful candidate must, by the commencement of employment, have the right to work in the UK.
