Job Title: Regional Supervisor Reports To: Operations Manager Rate of Pay: £ 27000 - £ 30000 Depending on experience Due to continued growth, we at HPS are looking for an experienced Regional Supervisor who has a genuine passion for delivering a high standard of service and quality. The challenge is to deliver on targets and objectives by leading, inspiring and developing your people to consistently deliver for the customer. You will take great care in your work and have a strong work ethic to help our business grow. This is a full time, permanent role working predominantly with our Security Event Teams across Northern Ireland which will involve evening and weekend working. There will also be a requirement to support the wider security and cleaning operations. Key responsibilities will include: Planning and scheduling event personnel Leading and supervising event teams Maintaining a pool of correctly qualified and capable security and stewarding personnel Delivering staff inductions and appropriate skills-based training and identify any retraining needs of employees Deal with staff performance, disciplinary issues in line with company procedures Maintain safe working environments To support the operations team with any client queries ensuring they are dealt with effectively and quickly ensuring client satisfaction Identify areas of improvement within your business area in relation to productivity, improvement in allocation of hours and other areas of performance Ability to support the wider security and cleaning teams as required by the business Providing cover for other members of the operational management team during periods of leave Ability to provide cover on sites during periods of absence Core Skills: Full driving licence is essential A valid security industry licence SIA and/or PSA.
