We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Spares Operation Manager to join our dynamic Operations team. As the Spares Operation Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective management of our spare parts inventory and distribution network. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a Spares Operation Manager with a strong understanding of supply chain management principles and a proven track record in spare parts operations.
Responsibilities:
* Build strong relationships with operational management teams and sales teams across all brands, ensuring that relative information is shared.
* Coordinate and support agreed projects and initiatives as and when required, ensuring completion within agreed timescales while providing the required level of support to ROSD & RM’s to help land key operational/business changes.
* Represent Spares within the ROSD’s regions, providing timely updates to ROSD’s/RM’s regarding business updates and regional performance versus KPIs, and ensuring the right level of support is given to the Spares manager team.
* Identify locations with spares opportunities and implement the correct strategy (Digital vs Spares Manager) to drive performance through branches.
* Using knowledge of the market and competitors, support the development of the Company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators, landing new Spares initiatives/developments with existing and new customers.
* Work in a manner that maximizes opportunities with customers, resolves problems, and maintains service at the highest level at all times.
As a Spares Operations Manager, you’ll have an innovative and agile approach to identify growth opportunities. You’ll enjoy working collaboratively with a dedicated focus on driving results, while being committed to acting with integrity and honesty in everything you do.
Minimum Requirements:
* Market experience within the merchanting sector and ability to transfer skills to the Spare Parts market.
* A background in Key Account and Sales Management with the ability to demonstrate results.
* Strong background in Customer Service environments.
* Proven influencing and negotiation ability with a strong communication and adaptable leadership style.
* Strong customer focus and in-depth understanding of internal and external customer relationships and business processes.
