We have an amazing opportunity for an individual to join the Capital Works Delivery team as a Tenant Liaison Officer on a 6-month fixed term contract. Our team is at the heart of our 30-year programme to focus on delivering excellent quality homes. This role will see you as an advocate for our customers & an aid to our contractors. Ideally you will have a basic understanding of building construction, construction design management regulations & asbestos regulations is desirable for this role. As Tenant Liaison Officer you will: Provide support and act as an advocate for customers Work within a fast-paced environment and work to set deadlines in a multi-discipline team. Write reports and letters to tenants Travel to site on a regular basis To be successful in this role you will need: Excellent customer service skills Ability to work as a team and on own Good organisational skills Experience of Microsoft Office including Outlook and Excel To be self-motivated, demonstrating drive enthusiasm and determination This role has been identified as suitable for Hybrid Working which will be a combination of home working and working from our offices with Head Office at Craven Arms and travel to other offices as required.
