As a Program Ops Assistant, you will be working closely with senior executives and leadership teams to manage day-to-day operations and key program initiatives. What We Expect from You as a Program Ops Assistant: Program Execution & Coordination: Lead program execution across EMEA, ensuring seamless coordination and delivery. Keep the program on track by ensuring all planning is done correctly and logistics are well managed. Ensure consistency and alignment across all program initiatives. Client & Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a key point of contact. Act as the primary liaison for agency partners, driving efficient collaboration and streamlined workflows. Provide regular updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment. Project Management: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards. Set up, run, and monitor projects, including supporting workshops and planning meetings. Identify new opportunities and ensure impactful execution and long-term success. Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor program impact, identify areas for improvement, and drive strategic decisions. Run reports on program metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs). Ensure quality assurance of all program deliverables. Requirements Who you are: You have relevant experience in a similar program management, coordination, or account team role. You have a degree or equivalent experience in program management, business operations, training coordination, or stakeholder relationship management. You are an excellent communicator who can provide clear updates and build strong relationships with stakeholders. You are highly organised, ensuring smooth planning, execution, and logistics management. You have a strong analytical mindset, able to gather insights, interpret data, and drive informed decision-making.
