The Role
As a core member of our Marketing Team, you’ll have an important role in delivering profitable growth for our Kingsmill brand. This is an opportunity to take full ownership of brand initiatives, leading on all facets of the marketing mix to deliver positive results. With strong brand passion, creativity, and top-notch communication skills, you’ll engage stakeholders, customers, and agencies, elevating Kingsmill to top-of-mind status.

Primary Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver the 1-year marketing and activation plan for Kingsmill, encompassing product, packaging, pricing, and promotions.
* Contribute to strategic planning, collaborating across commercial, category, and operational teams to support a robust 3-year vision.
* Set and maintain quality standards in partnership with cross-functional teams.
* Foster customer relationships, securing alignment on plans and initiatives.
* Effectively manage external agency partnerships in advertising, media, PR, and design
* Oversee the marketing budget to meet annual and long-term objectives.
* Monitor performance and implement corrective actions to achieve targets.
