They are now looking for a resilient and competitive New Business Field Sales professional. You will be working within the New Business Field Sales team, where comprehensive training and support will be provided from the very beginning to maximize your success and earning capabilities. You will be part of an ambitious team keen to support you, with rewards given for individual and team success, along with a host of bonuses and team incentives.
New Business Field Sales, the role:
* Pro-active lead generation
* Building new and developing existing client relationships
* Managing a pipeline of new prospects
* Identifying, tracking, developing, and closing business opportunities
* Meeting targets and reporting on results
New Business Field Sales, the person:
* Previous experience within a similar role is a must (similar sector would be desirable)
* Customer-focused with a passion for delivering the best possible customer experience
* Highly driven and motivated individual with a passion for hitting achievable targets
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Professional and self-motivated
* Computer literate (including CRM systems)
* Competent in sales negotiation
* Initiative and problem-solving abilities
