Job Description
Primary Responsibility:
Responsible for the oversight, administration and maintenance of all Catholic Charities properties, and all phases of construction as well as teaching, training, and supervision to the participants of the working program. The Director of Maintenance & CC Working Program will work closely with management, vendors and contractors regarding the placement, expansion, renovation or closure of agency facilities. Responsible for performing cost estimates and space allocation analysis. Perform direct supervisory duties of department staff, working program staff, and coordinate staff for coverage in all related areas.
Knowledge/Experience:
* High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
* Five years management experience within a facilities setting required.
* Knowledge of community resources with the ability to establish and maintain collaborative relationships.
* Knowledge of recovery and/or experience working with the recovery community.
* Ability to teach and complete basic maintenance tasks and upkeep of buildings including landscaping, painting, small repairs, and other tasks that do not require a license or specialized knowledge to complete.
