Sales Specialist Personal Safety
Midlands/Southern UK, down to London Competitive salary plus guaranteed bonus.

Responsibilities:
* Achieving sales and margin targets quarterly under an annual sales plan.
* Identifying and winning opportunities as required under the sales plan.
* Working with end customers to advise and promote Fall Protection Solutions.
* Managing the sales pipeline with the Distributor network through effective relationships and strong communication.
* Developing brand loyalty across end customers and Distributors.
* Ensuring accurate communication of product updates and development.
* Collaborating with technical teams to ensure a high level of on-site support where required.
* Identifying and sharing leads with colleagues for products/solutions outside core specialism.
* Developing and maintaining market, industry, and product knowledge.
* Collecting and disseminating (internally) market trends and competitor activity.
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date data within a CRM system and other appropriate systems.
* Ensuring all administration/planning is accurate and completed on time and in full.
About You:
* Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization both externally and internally.
* Sales experience within the Personal Safety Industry is strongly preferred.
* A self-starter with the ability to work on your own and as part of a team.
* Strong negotiation skills.
* Numerate and proficient with analysis and manipulation of data.
* Proficient in the use of IT tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
* Strong communication and presentation skills - written and verbal.
* Competitive and proactive instinct - takes initiative on issues and challenges to find optimum solutions.
* Tenacious and resilient - ability to navigate through conflict and challenges towards positive outcomes while retaining focus and perspective.
* Able to build excellent customer relationships.
* Self-motivated and extremely driven.
* Good standard of education.
* Have a passion for sales and exceeding targets.
* Basic knowledge of the related EN standards would be preferable.
* Knowledge of the Fall Protection market is desirable.
