Key Skills
1. Apply a diplomatic and tactful approach to resolving any associated conflict management situations (e.g. customers, both internal & external).
2. Demonstrate a strong customer service focus.
3. Possess a good understanding of company requirements and confidence with regard to associated responsibilities.
4. Highly organised and able to work to challenging deadlines whilst maintaining compliance.
5. Proficient in the use of standard industry software including a good working knowledge of Excel.
6. Good working knowledge of Freightliner Operating Systems.
7. Ability to work to strict timescales.
8. Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team together with the ability to problem solve for customers.
9. Good oral and written communication skills.
10. Accurate with the input of numerical data.
11. Ideally have the knowledge/appreciation of container ISO standards.
