A new post of Customer Services Manager has been created within the organisation to enhance the provision of ICT related services for tenants, service users and staff. This is an exciting new opportunity suited to someone with housing sector ICT experience and who has been involved in leading digital transformation within the housing sector. With support of the Senior Management, the role will involve the development and implementation of a digital strategy for the organisation, including application of robust project management approaches.
This is a permanent position of 28 hours per week. we offer an excellent benefits package including 32 days' holiday (including public holidays). Company sick pay, a defined contributions pension and ongoing continuous professional development opportunities.

Key Activities will include:
* Develop a 3 year strategy that aligns with the Group's business objectives for key business areas ensuring current thinking and practice are reflected.
* Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and data storage systems.
* Oversee design and customisation of technological systems and platforms to enhance customer service delivery.
* Report directly to the senior management team ensuring all risks relating to the LHA Group are identified, managed, and reported to the Board on a regular basis.
* Co-ordinating and delivering business critical ICT related projects through effective research, liaison and management of ICT service providers.
* Develop and implement a comprehensive cyber security strategy including becoming cyber security accredited.
* Conduct regular security audits and penetration testing, ensuring any corrective action is implemented swiftly.
