Your Day-to-Day...
1. You'll be working hours a week at Cygnet Hospital Clifton.Cygnet Hospital Clifton is a 25 bed specialist low secure service for men with a personality disorder, who also present with complex mental health needs and challenging behaviours.
2. Produce outstanding written reports based on your nursing assessments and observations
3. Work closely with the management team to develop the service, audit, and improve quality
4. Attend all training and engage in CPD to further knowledge & promote nursing
5. Under NMC guidelines, ensure that individual care plans are complete & maintained collectively with residents, relatives and other healthcare professionals.
6. Administer prescribed medicines with Healthcare procedure and Healthcare Commission guidelines.
You are...
7. Open, compassionate, honest & resilient
8. Newly Qualified (or soon to be qualified) RMN with a current valid registration
9. Capable to maintain documentation and undertake audits
10. Well informed of the Mental Health Act 1983 & have an understanding of latest nursing practices
11. Able to deputise in a clinical lead role
12. Focused on patient recovery to monitor, manage & reduce risk
13. Helping to empower & support service user independence.
