Responsibilities
Handling inbound calls and conducting outbound calls to support the underwriting assessment. Responsible for review of loan applications that have referred to the loan underwriting team. Typically, this will include the review and checking of the following:
* Bank Statements
* Customer identification documentation

* Ability to work flexibly where the demands of the role require
* Excellent numerical and analytical skills
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a small team
* Ability to maintain a high degree of quality and accuracy at an effective speed
* Previous experience in reviewing documentation such as bank statements or identification would be an advantage
* Ability to identify and record vulnerability when interacting with customers

This role will be based in the Milton Keynes area. You will be expected to be able to travel to London for the first week or so for training (expenses paid) but training will also be provided on-site. We work four days in the office, with one day working from home.
