Order Processor
£25k – Doncaster – Mon-Fri
Order Processor Duties:
1. Processing orders and answering customer queries via email and over the phone.
2. Communicating effectively with customers on the status of their orders – usually via email as the customers are worldwide.
3. Ensuring orders are inputted accurately; to do this, you will liaise regularly with colleagues in most departments including sales, warehousing, and purchasing.
4. Resolving queries and complaints, mostly via email.
Order Processor Requirements:
1. Excellent administration and data inputting skills, especially with Excel.
2. Experience responding to queries quickly and thoroughly.
3. A keen eye for detail, being methodical and accurate is important as well as the ability to prioritize activities – as there will be times when there are many tasks that require doing at once.
