Job Overview
* 12 month fixed term contract (Maternity Cover)
* Monday - Friday 08:00 - 16:00 (half hour unpaid break)
* Site based position in a friendly office.
Main Duties
* Monitor staff absences and log with the management teams
* Assist in the distribution of communications material to all teams
* File paperwork as generated, archive as requested
* Answer telephone calls / take messages as required
* Oversee the Helpdesk Log ensuring all reports are logged via the Maximo computerised system
* Liaise with Operation Team regarding the status of purchase orders, projects, and quotes to ensure timely and accurate allocation of costs
* Completion of log for office administration
* Raising, Goods Receipting & accurate allocation of orders in SAP (Finance System)
* Upload Health & Safety related observation cards into the specified H&S system
* To attend and actively participate in comm calls, meetings, and training courses as required relevant to your role
* Assist with coordination of inbound and outbound post and parcels

* Confident, methodical and process driven with excellent attention to detail
* Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
