Location: The Compleat Food Group, Lincoln Way, Clitheroe, Lancashire, BB7 1QD
Shift: Monday to Friday, 14:00 – 22:30, 40 hours per week
Pay: £32,342
Reporting To: QA Manager

What You Will Be Doing
As QA Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
* Supporting unannounced BRC audit preparation and ensuring customer COP compliance
* Leading internal audits and ensuring adherence to legal and customer requirements
* Driving customer complaint reduction initiatives
* Maintaining our Quality Management System to the highest standards
* Providing Quality and Food Safety training to production teams
* Managing pest control site visits and ensuring non-conformance closeouts
* Overseeing environmental swabbing plans, GMP audits, and taste panel results
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure accurate paperwork compliance and traceability
* Investigate and resolve customer and supplier complaints
* Create and maintain procedures, forms, and quality standards
* Manage and deliver technical KPIs in agreed timelines
* Coordinate product trials and intake checks
What We Need From You
* Qualifications: Level 3 Food Safety and Hygiene & Level 3 HACCP
* Experience: Proven experience in a food manufacturing environment
* Skills: Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills
* IT Knowledge: Confident with software tools for recording and reporting
* Personal Qualities: Energetic, self-motivated, and enthusiastic with a flexible approach
