Location: Hybrid remote working, with 3 days a week in our VHQ, Crawley
Contract: 12 month secondment/FTC

In a nutshell
As our Lead – Ancillary Product, you'll be responsible for managing the ancillary product portfolio, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance, and maintaining strong supplier relationships. You'll support the Ancillary Development Manager in delivering worldwide 3rd party ancillary strategies and methodologies. Your role will involve optimising ancillary product performance, identifying new product opportunities, and championing ancillary products within the business.
Day to day
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Ancillary Product Management: Own the assigned ancillary product portfolio, ensuring compliance and managing supplier relationships. Conduct periodic competitor product reviews and recommend new ancillary products to deliver best-in-class offerings.
* Ancillary Performance: Lead the ancillary budget framework and reforecast annually. Identify growth opportunities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize product performance. Provide insights into performance drivers and create a product calendar to inform pricing and promotional activities.
* Ancillary Pricing & Competitiveness: Recommend and implement pricing strategies based on market analysis. Maintain accurate pricing in relevant systems and support the delivery of new technical functionalities.
* Ancillary Strategy & Projects: Work on assigned projects related to ancillary strategy and pricing. Partner with internal and external stakeholders to maximize product reach and support business case creation for new products.
