The Senior Finance Business Partner role plays a critical role in stakeholder management, acting as a strategic advisor to the business, embedding financial insight into decision-making and aligning financial strategies with NCFE’s long-term goals. How you’ll make an impact: Partnering with senior leaders to guide strategic initiatives Leading the annual budgeting process, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives Delivering insightful financial analysis to drive performance Fostering the development of the Finance Business Partner team. Driving process improvements and commercial growth We’d love to hear from you if you offer the following: Recognised accountancy qualification (e.g. ACCA, CIMA, ACA) Experience at a senior level, with extensive knowledge of financial management at a strategic level Ability to resolve significant complex financial issues Experience in producing monthly accounts Experience in accounting and forecasting software/excel user to navigate management accounts Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of the organisation Experience of managing and developing teams Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately.
