Our Global Payment Solutions (GPS) Team is dedicated to enhancing client experience and driving growth through seamlessly onboarding our cutting:edge Global Payments and Liquidity solutions.
We are seeking a proactive and client focused person to join this team in the role of Project Manager, Client Implementation. This role is critical to ensure the technical aspects of a client's project align with their business objectives so that the resulting solutions are robust, scalable and efficient. You will manage several top tier clients.
In this role you will:

Manage multiple projects to onboard clients to HSBC Digital Channels
:
Help identify technical blockers that may affect a successful implementation
:
Employ logical problem solving skills to both the client's and bank's satisfaction
:
Build trusted relationships with clients through effective communication, understanding their business needs and ensuring satisfaction throughout the onboarding process
:
Manage a variety of Global Integration projects, driving timelines to achieve optimal time to revenue
:
Communicate with stakeholders, sharing project updates, risks and issues
:
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
To be successful in this role you should have:

Project Management experience with a track record of engaging with multiple teams to achieve a common goal

Experience in a client facing role with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present key information in a clear, concise and accurate way

Understanding of different payment types both regionally and globally

Stakeholder management skills and experience
:
A good understanding of the various industry standard formats (including ISO20022, testing processes and methodologies)
This is a hybrid role based in Edinburgh.
