PRS are seeking to recruit an experienced Part Time Administrator based in Blackburn (Office Based Role) – this is a contract role that runs to April 2025. Paying £11.44 per hour. Part time hours, 20 hours per week, two options as below for working shift pattern. Half day Tuesday morning, full day Thursday and Friday, or WK1 – 2 days (Monday and Tuesday), WK2 – 3 days (Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday) then repeat. Job Specification: Answering called for the Helpdesk (fast paced). Live Call logging on Internal CAFM system (MAXIMO) Assigning and Dispatching to various resources via multiple channels Work to Service level agreements preventing financial penalties to the business Issue reports to Internal and external clients/Customers using in-house system Pro-Actively Monitor and Chase work Orders to completion within the required SLA Action requests via various channels. Administration tasks as required by the business Raising P/O’s as and when required and for covering annual leave/sickness for the Contractor Administrator Manage (closing and chasing) PPMs throughout the month with departments. Enthusiastic and pro-active with ideas both during meetings and in general, with the aim of enhancing the overall Helpdesk experience for our customers.
