The Director of Transformation and CI is responsible for leading and overseeing strategic transformational initiatives for the organization. This role includes developing and implementing a vision and strategy for organizational transformation and CI, creating sustainable performance conditions, and ensuring effective implementation of transformation and CI plans.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and mentor a diverse team comprising Master Black Belts, Black Belts, and CI leaders to ensure alignment with global business strategies and objectives.
2. Develop and propose a transformational plan, organization, and governance structure.
3. Establish and implement transformation and CI roadmaps to achieve the expected level of performance.
4. Drive a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and innovation, emphasizing quality and operational excellence.
5. Serve as the main interface to the organization's leadership team and CEO, presenting information and updates on transformational initiatives.
6. Communicate effectively with the leadership team, providing regular updates on progress, challenges, and successes of transformation initiatives.
7. Collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to embed transformation initiatives in daily operations.
8. Oversee the development of training programs and certification systems for Lean Six Sigma and other CI tools.
9. Drive engagement with participative innovation across the organization.
10. Support the business in identifying and prioritizing high-impact transformation opportunities within budget constraints.
11. Manage risk by identifying compliance and operational risks, developing mitigation strategies, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
12. Monitor and analyze financial and operational metrics to measure the effectiveness of transformation initiatives.
Job Requirements
1. Master Black Belt accredited.
2. Profound understanding of industrial entity processes and operations.
3. Expertise in leveraging change management in complex organizations.
4. Fundamental knowledge of techno-economic management and performance management.
5. Practical experience with Lean-Sigma, QRQC, problem-solving tools, operational excellence systems, and managing complex projects.
6. Proven ability to lead transformation projects yielding business-level results.
7. Experience in training and coaching.
