We are looking for an organised and positive Resource Manager who would have a primary focus on identifying and nurturing relationships with the production studios we collaborate with. You will understand the importance of finding the right team for projects and pride yourself in maintaining positive relationships across the industry to create opportunities for Squint/Opera. You will develop processes and systems to support Squint/Opera including internal development and ownership of resource tools and management and external processes and policies. If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you Main Responsibilities Finding and Developing Studio Relationships Support the S/O team identifying and onboarding outsource partners, solidifying and maintaining strong and successful relationships alongside the Production Delivery Director and the Principal Creative Director Supporting the Production Teams by sourcing all outsource teams, ensuring the right teams are working on the right projects. Negotiate contracts and and terms with relevant parties particular to the requirements of each project Manage and organise the subcontractor databases ensuring they are always up to date with skills, contractual information, and also internal feedback. Developing and widening own network of contacts and engaging other staff members to do the same Attending relevant events to network and represent Squint/Opera amongst potential collaborators Reporting to senior management on outsource KPIs and status of existing and new relationships Resourcing Attend and contribute to weekly resource stand ups with Production Management team Manage the subcontractor schedule, being aware of and facilitating any change requests, flagging and filling any gaps, and firming up pencils. Deep understanding of our project work, current perm team and specialisations, succession potential and key development themes to enable the booking of the most effective teams whilst facilitating meaningful development Develop resourcing methodology and process and develop successful ways of sharing information easily across the business Process / Administration Strengthen onboarding and working processes for effective collaboration on projects Contracting and filing of paperwork for all collaborations including NDAs and contracts. Review and develop the contracts for compliance as requirements change. Ensure that Squint/Opera policies and data storage is compliant with GDPR law and other relevant legislation including IR35 in the UK and relevant NYC law. Qualification / Experience 5 years of experience in an equivalent role, with experience in coming into and establishing new roles within companies Influential at all levels, able to network Understanding of creative and technical requirements of projects, with a strong understanding of production process and techniques Process and detail-orientated, with demonstrable experience creating and maintaining effective processes and systems Excellent interpersonal skills, being positive and responsive Strong communication skills, both written and verbal The flexibility and willingness to learn To enjoy working with people Tact and diplomacy The ability to work as part of a team Demonstrable time management skills, able to meet deadlines Salary Pay Range £35,000 - £50,000 GBP Hours This is a full-time position. Our working hours are 9:30am – 6:00pm [Monday through Friday, with one hour for lunch] We currently have a hybrid approach to working with a mixture of in-house and remote days.
