Job Title: Talent Performance & Development IT Product Owner

Salary: Circa £70,000
What you'll be doing:
1. The role will take technology requirements from the function/ service and where necessary will develop existing technology to support the business with delivering value from current solutions by collaborating with senior leaders and HR stakeholders
2. You will lead delivery squads in a DevOps environment to achieve results and break down and prioritise Epics features and stories to deliver value and maintain the right single vision
3. Partnering with the Service, Process Owners and Centre of Excellence to collaboratively materialise cost-saving opportunities through process efficiency and automation and best practice across industry
4. Proactively seeking simplification with UX at the forefront of all development, standardisation and efficiencies on process and tools, and in effect facilitating process expertise within teams and getting buy in from key stakeholders to implement change
5. Supports the Centre of Excellence and Global Process Owners to effectively crystallise proposed business outcomes through clear business case and development of Technology Roadmaps which is supported by the Function and Service
6. The exploitation of technology is key to delivering value to the business essentially drive adoption of features which, are delivered by upgrades from software providers
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
7. Previous technical/ functional in depth experience on enterprise systems such as Success Factors or HCM products (Employee Lifecycle), Performance Management, Learning Management (LMS), Succession and Development modules
8. Deep knowledge of Back-office Processes and good working knowledge of integrated systems
9. Experience on analysis of process, data and systems overlay to ascertain inefficiencies and propose change
10. A thorough understanding of ITSM process and best practice
11. Knowledge of development life cycle of software
12. Sound understanding of AGILE / SCRUM in practice
Desirable:
13. A good record in working with senior customers, business leaders and senior supplier stakeholders building relationships on the foundations of trust, openness, good communications and honesty

The Shared Services Team:
The Talent, Performance & Development IT Product Owner will have a good understanding of the Success Factors platform, including Performance Management, Learning Management, Succession & Development modules, as well as any associated applications that sit within the Employee lifecycle capability. You will play a critical role in ensuring the organisation's HR processes are efficiently supported and optimised through technology, enabling talent management, performance assessment, and employee development.
