HR Administrator : Aylesbury
Pertemps Aylesbury are currently recruiting for a HR Administrator to join our client within the Social Care industry based in Aylesbury.
Working Hours: Mon:Fri 8:30:5:30 pm
Salary: up to GBP 27,000 (DOE)
Duties:
: Supporting on the full recruitment lifecycle from start to end, providing administration support
: Screening CVs effectively to ensure criteria are met
: Booking interviews, as well as handling all candidate communications
: Working closely with senior management to continually improve processes
: Organise staff training and development and manage the training matrix.
: Manage directors diaries
Requirements:
: Previous HR support experience
: Great communications skills
: Computer literate and confident in using Microsoft Packages
: Ability to manage multiple projects
