TSRN, the sales recruitment network, are looking to recruit an Operations and Installations Manager, based in MK; however, national travel is required. A car allowance is provided.
The overall aim is to achieve company objectives as well as supporting other service and technical members in achieving the department's goals through own productivity, efficiency, and accuracy.
Goals
1. To develop the repair and support strategy within the business.
2. To utilise and develop Management information to promote and direct Service strategies across the business.
Responsibilities
1. Manage BAU installation activities along with Service support management for peers.
2. Align with technical support to ensure BAU programmes for all products are in place.
3. Plan spare parts accordingly with the SCMT and justify resources based on Engineer utilisation.
4. Monitor leftover call rates and review causes and corrective actions.
5. Monitor Engineer utilisation.
6. Enhance KPI reporting to increase efficiency in the workshop and Customer Support Team.
7. Develop the Customer Support Team with the Customer Support Supervisor to be a central administration function, including Fleet management, Flights, and Hotels.
8. Ensure all SLA’s are being met, and MI information is reviewed and reported to the Management team.
9. Manage Leave and Scheduling – review systems and processes and adapt accordingly.
10. Manage SAP rollout and review utilisation for continuous improvement.
