Description: As a Customer Delivery Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customers receive their orders accurately and on time. You will be the face of the supermarket chain, providing excellent customer service and maintaining a positive image of our brand.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver customer orders in a timely and professional manner.
2. Ensure the accurate and safe handling of goods during delivery.
3. Provide excellent customer service, addressing any inquiries or concerns.
4. Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report any issues or maintenance needs.
5. Follow all road safety and traffic regulations.
6. Assist with loading and unloading deliveries as needed.
Requirements:
7. Valid UK driving license with no more than 6 penalty points.
8. Previous delivery driving experience is preferred but not essential.
9. Excellent time management and organisational skills.
10. Strong customer service and communication skills.
11. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
12. Physically fit and able to lift and carry heavy items.
