We are looking to recruit a highly service focused Desktop Support Engineer for the resolution of customer PC related incidents, requests, or changes as per the established Service Level Agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Troubleshoot and resolve PC incidents.
2. Perform IMAC hardware and software maintenance and support.
3. Coordinate with break or fix vendor for hardware repair.
4. Have a good understanding of the IT processes and procedures.
5. Assist and work closely with SSO on IT security issues and virus eradication efforts.
Key Skills:
1. Experience on an IT Service Desk is a plus.
2. Knowledge and experience in the use of ticketing systems preferred.
3. Experience working within an IT customer service focused environment.
4. Minimum 2 years on-site support experience supporting multiple operating systems.
5. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft PC applications.
6. In-depth knowledge of PC hardware and software support.
7. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve PC hardware and software incidents.
