Job Title: Locum Physiotherapist - Reablement Team Banding: 6 Location: London Rate: £24 - £27 per hour (depending on experience) Start Date: ASAP Duration: Until 31st December 2024 Working Days: Monday to Friday Working Hours: 09:00 - 17:00 (can be flexible) Opening Paragraph: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Locum Physiotherapist to join the Reablement Team in London. This role offers the opportunity to support patients in regaining their independence after illness or injury. The successful candidate will work in a community-based setting, assisting patients with mobility, rehabilitation, and functional goals. This is a full-time, 3-month position, providing a chance to work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver effective physiotherapy interventions. The post is available immediately, with the contract running until 31st December 2024. Responsibilities: As a Locum Physiotherapist in the Reablement Team, you will assess patients in their homes or local community settings, creating personalized treatment plans to improve their mobility and daily function. You will deliver evidence-based physiotherapy interventions, including rehabilitation exercises, functional training, and mobility support. The role involves close collaboration with the wider healthcare team, ensuring that care plans are holistic and comprehensive. You will monitor patient progress, adjust treatment strategies accordingly, and provide ongoing education to patients and their families. Effective time management and caseload prioritization will be essential to ensuring optimal care delivery. Qualifications and Experience: HCPC Registration as a Physiotherapist. Proven experience working as a Physiotherapist, preferably in a community or reablement setting. Experience in assessing and treating patients with a variety of conditions, including musculoskeletal, neurological, and respiratory needs. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize a busy caseload. Why Work with Pulse?
