Sales & Customer Service Assistant Full-time - Leeds Role Overview As a Sales & Customer Service Assistant you will be responsible for providing exceptional sales and customer service support for our sales team. Duties include receiving inbound calls, responding to customer enquiries in prompt and professional way, directing complaints and selling the products and services we offer within the group. All sales activities are logged on our CRM system used to track sales and set targets, full training will be given on this by our Group Sales Manager who leads the department. This role requires strong organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task/manage multiple projects. Strong communication skills both internally and client facing delivering excellent customer service experiences on a daily basis. As part of our client-facing team you will also be required to deal with design enquiries scheduled design meetings and taking briefs for the design team. The appointment of a suitable Sales & Customer Service Assistant into this role will form part of the continuing development and expansion of the our Company Group. Sales & Customer Service Assistant - What youll be doing; Assisting in sales dialog with existing customers and new prospect by phone, email and other messaging apps. Answering customer questions by phone, email, web chat, social media, or in person Co-ordinating the check-in & collection of vehicles when complete and completing the relevant forms Updating company CRMwith quotes and converted sales with information from customer interactions and important information. Taking payments and refunding payments when required. Booking and tracking orders with couriers for any product orders. Handling complaints or passing them on to a manager. Sales & Customer Service Assistant - Requirements; Customer support and service skills. Professional phone etiquette. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Experience in sales or customer service roles. Knowledge of automotive industry or graphic design is a plus. Ability to use own initiative when it comes to decision making. Innovative, dynamic and used to working in a fast-paced environment. Strong organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task/manage multiple projects. Excellent grammar and writing skills, with exceptional attention to detail. Ideally educated to a degree level in a relevant field. Proactive, positive and has a can do attitude.
